Delivery and shipment
Yunhua company can offer customers with different terms of delivery. Customers can choose shipping way by sea or by air according to urgency priority. YOO HEART packaging cases can meet sea and air freight requirement. We’ll prepare all files like PL, the certificate of origin, invoice and other files. There is a worker whose main job is make sure every robot can be delivered to customers port without a hitch in 40 working days.
After sale service
Every customer should know YOO HEART robot good before they buy it. Once customers have one YOO HEART robot, their worker will have 3-5 days free training in Yunhua factory. There will be a Wechat group or WhatsApp group, our technicians who are responsible for after sale service, electrical, hard ware, software, etc, will be in. If one problem happens twice, our technician will go to customer company to solve the problem.

Q1. Do you supply whole solutions for stamping?
A. Yes, we have our project team and can do the solutions. But if in your country, we have exclusive partners, they will help you to do this.
Q2. How about the training for stamping application
A. First you can come to our factory for complete learning of our robot, you will have 3~5 days free training.
If need our man to your factory, all cost will be on you. And our partner in your country can help you to do this?
Q3. How to choose the right model for stamping?
A. first, you have a great batch of one product, then according to product weight choosing robot payload.
Q4. if I want to start a stamping project, what about the process?
A. There are a lot factories have similar requirements, you will need to know the product information and the stamping information. We have a team to do the assessment. Once passed the assessment, we will have a solution, then share offer, and start manufacturing.
