Our 8 Axis robotic welding workstation with two positioners is one of the standard workstation. The additional external axis can synergy with robot so that robot can finish some complicated application. These two positioners can also be called working table and can be controlled by remote control box. Once worker finish the fix-up work and press remote control box. Robot will go to this weld table welding after finish the previous one. We can connect torch clean station which is helpful for welding torch.

Q1. What’s the difference the positioner controlled by plc and by control system.
A. The biggest problem is if positioner controlled by PLC, it can only move from on position to the other position, the robot can’t collaborate with positioner (synergy). while using control system, it can collaborate with positioner. Of course, they have different technology difficulty.

A. Now, we have 22input and 22 output. You just need to give signals to the electromagnetic valve.

A. We have torch clean station in the working station. It’s an optional item.

Q4. How to connect torch clean station and how to use it?
A. You will get a manuals for torch clean station. And you just need to give signals to torch clean station and it will work.

Q5. What kind of signals does torch clean station need?
A. There are at least 4 signals the torch clean station is needed: cutting wire signals, spray oil signal, cleaning signal, and to position signals.
