1) The welding deviation may be caused by the incorrect welding position or the problem when searching for the welding torch.At this time, to consider the TCP(welding torch center point position) is accurate, and to adjust.If this happens frequently, it is necessary to check the zero position of each axis of the robot and adjust the zero again.
2) The biting may be caused by the improper selection of welding parameters, the Angle of welding torch or the wrong position of welding torch. The power can be appropriately adjusted to change the welding parameters, adjust the attitude of welding torch and the relative position of welding torch and workpiece.
3) the porosity may be poor gas protection, the workpiece primer is too thick or the protective gas is not dry enough, and the corresponding adjustment can be processed.
4) Too much splashing may be caused by improper selection of welding parameters, gas composition or too long extension length of welding wire. The power can be appropriately adjusted to change welding parameters, the gas proporter can be adjusted to adjust the proportion of mixed gas, and the relative position of welding torch and workpiece can be adjusted.
5) An arc pit is formed at the end of the weld after cooling, and the function of buried arc pit can be added in the working step during programming to fill it.
Two, welding robot common faults
1) There is a gun bump.It may be due to workpiece assembly deviation or welding torch TCP is not accurate, can check the assembly or correct welding torch TCP.
2) Arc fault, can not start the arc.It may be because the welding wire does not touch the workpiece or the process parameters are too small, can manually feed wire, adjust the distance between the welding torch and the weld, or adjust the process parameters appropriately.
3) Protection gas monitoring alarm.If the cooling water or protective gas supply is faulty, check the cooling water or protective gas pipeline.
Conclusion: Although welding robot to various fields to speed up the efficiency of work, but if there is no good use of welding robot is also very easy to life safety, so we must know where the common faults of welding robot, so as to cure the disease, prevent safety measures.
