2026 Guangzhou Digital and Intelligent Future Expo

Scheduled for June 3 to 5, 2026, the Guangzhou International Digital Intelligence Equipment and Artificial Intelligence Exhibition (referred to as the Digital Intelligence Future Expo) will gather top-tier digital and intelligent innovations for public display. Hosted with the theme of “Digital Convergence for the Future, Intelligent Gathering in Guangzhou”, the expo will take place in Zone D of the Canton Fair Complex.

Jointly organised by Guangzhou International Convention and Exhibition Group and Hannover Milan Bantex, the event integrates three specialised sub-exhibitions: the Guangzhou International Low-Altitude Economy and Aerospace Exhibition, Guangzhou International Intelligent Equipment and Robotics Exhibition, and China (Guangzhou) International Logistics Equipment and Technology Exhibition. Covering nearly 70,000 square metres of indoor exhibition space, it will welcome 650 domestic and overseas exhibitors, who will display more than 3,000 newly launched devices and frontier technical solutions. Running alongside the 15th China (Guangzhou) International Financial Trading & Expo (Guangzhou Financial Expo), the two events will form a combined industrial cluster covering roughly 90,000 square metres. The dual-expo layout aims to boost industry-finance integration, accelerate cross-enterprise resource sharing and drive joint value creation across upstream and downstream industrial chains.

Empowering New Quality Productive Forces: Aligning with Guangzhou’s Modern Industrial Layout

The Digital Intelligence Future Expo serves as a pivotal offline carrier for Guangzhou to advance its manufacturing-driven urban development strategy and polish its modern industrial system. It links three core manufacturing tracks — low-altitude economy, intelligent robotic equipment and smart logistics — with service-oriented digital technologies including industrial big data, enterprise-level large language models and digital twin systems. This pairing supports deeper integration between advanced manufacturing and producer services in the Pearl River Delta.

On the industrial upgrading side, digital and intelligent tools help local traditional manufacturers cut operational costs, streamline production workflows and move toward high-end, unmanned production. On the capital docking side, the collaboration with Guangzhou Financial Expo builds a complete industrial development loop: from technical research and on-site scenario testing, to targeted capital injection and large-scale industrial rollout. The model shortens the cycle for scientific findings to translate into tangible production capacity. In the long run, the expo will further consolidate Guangzhou’s status as a digital intelligence industry hub in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, and lay groundwork for building internationally competitive industrial clusters and nurturing new quality productive forces.

Dual Strength Collaboration: Local State-owned Exhibition Operator and Global Exhibition Leader

Guangzhou International Convention and Exhibition Group is a core exhibition platform under Lingnan Group, established under unified planning by Guangzhou municipal authorities. The group controls high-quality local exhibition resources and delivers full-chain services covering independent exhibition organisation, venue leasing, high-end summit operation and large-scale cultural events. It manages landmark local venues such as the Baiyun International Conference Centre and Guangzhou International Auditorium, and has rich experience in operating self-owned exhibition brands including the Guangdong Travel Expo. It maintains close business ties with major municipal state-owned enterprises such as Lingnan Group, Guangzhou Industrial Control Group and Guangzhou Digital Technology Group. Differentiated from consumer-focused expos, the group has prioritised industrial exhibition development in recent years, with mature capabilities in government resource coordination and customised industry-exhibition integrated services to serve Guangzhou’s real economy expansion.

Hannover Milan Bantex (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd. is a local joint venture between Hannover Milan Exhibition (Shanghai) and Guangzhou Baster Exhibition. It combines Hannover’s decades of global industrial exhibition experience with on-the-ground insight into South China’s manufacturing market. As Hannover’s key regional deployment platform for South China, the firm has introduced the complete international standards and brand assets of CeMAT, the world’s leading logistics exhibition. Its flagship local logistics equipment show has accumulated stable overseas buyer networks and cross-border industry association resources over years of operation. These resources will bring international professional standards and cross-border buyer resources to this year’s Digital Intelligence Future Expo.

Three Focus Tracks: Global Debuts of Frontier Industrial Technologies

The expo will centre on three fast-growing emerging sectors, showcasing year-leading technological breakthroughs across south China. In the low-altitude economy segment, well-known local and national enterprises including Guangzhou Low-Altitude Aviation, EHang Intelligent, Xiaopeng Huitian and Yufeng Future will release their latest commercial products. Exhibits span manned low-altitude transportation aircraft, full-set civilian drone systems, airspace surveillance hardware, low-altitude air traffic scheduling systems and aerial logistics distribution equipment, outlining practical blueprints for urban three-dimensional transportation.

The intelligent equipment and robotics pavilion will gather domestic players such as Guangzhou CNC and Hikvision alongside global brands including KUKA. Industry delegations from robotics associations in Germany, France and Spain will also attend for on-site exchanges. Exhibits cover conventional industrial handling robots, as well as emerging embodied intelligence, industrial large model algorithm applications and workshop-level digital twin simulation systems. For smart logistics, exhibitors including Siemens, Panasonic, SSI Schaefer and domestic firm Lanjian Intelligent will display end-to-end logistics solutions. The display covers every link in supply chain operations: automated warehousing, robotic material handling, intelligent sorting, automatic packaging and cross-region cargo conveyance.

Local State-owned and Private Enterprises Jointly Build Bay Area Industrial Ecosystem

The 2026 expo highlights local Guangzhou industrial characteristics via coordinated participation of leading enterprises. Huawei will cooperate with China Telecom, China Mobile and China Unicom to build an open digital infrastructure ecosystem on-site. Ten municipal state-owned leading enterprises, represented by Guangzhou Digital Technology Group and Guangzhou Industrial Control Group, will launch a dedicated ecological exhibition zone. They will display upstream and downstream matching results with their supply chain partners, adopting a new exhibition model where chain-leading enterprises drive ecological collaboration and supporting enterprises iterate core technologies.

A cohort of high-growth Guangzhou private manufacturers will also showcase local transformation achievements, including Ruison Beidou, Jiechuang Intelligent, Taidou Microelectronics and Fantop Digital Innovation. These firms represent the core vitality of Guangzhou’s intelligent manufacturing private sector and will display independent R&D achievements targeting local industrial pain points.

50+ On-site Events: Targeted Buyer Matching and Immersive Tech Experiences

To maximise commercial and communication value for all participants, the organising committee will host more than 50 supporting activities throughout the three exhibition days. High-profile industry summits include the 2026 Guangzhou Digital Technology Ecosystem Conference, Global Intelligent Robotics Development Conference, Low-Altitude Economy Industry Leaders’ Summit and the 3rd Greater Bay Area Intelligent Computing Power Industry Conference. These events will invite academicians, top researchers and enterprise executives to share forward-looking judgments on industry policy and market trends.

For visitor experience, interactive tech experience zones will be open to both professional buyers and tech enthusiasts, featuring drone football matches, MR simulated archery and full-space immersive intelligent scenarios at the Haishan Sand Experience Centre. Meanwhile, dedicated international exchange lounges will receive procurement delegations from over 20 countries and regions, facilitating one-to-one offline negotiations between exhibitors and overseas buyers.

As a landmark intelligent manufacturing event in the Greater Bay Area, the 2026 Digital Intelligence Future Expo welcomes global industry practitioners to gather in Guangzhou for in-depth industry dialogue and cross-border business cooperation. Beyond this expo, Guangzhou International Convention and Exhibition Group will host three concurrent large-scale events in June: the Greater Bay Area (International) Garment and Fashion Lifestyle Expo, Guangzhou International Emergency Safety Expo and 2026 Guangzhou Dragon Boat Super League. We sincerely invite media partners to track and report on the full series of events.
