The company arranged an outdoor team-building event for all employees at the Third Natural Base and Yue Liangwan in Jing Xian on August 8th in order to enhance employees’ cultural and recreational lives, reduce work-related stress, strengthen team cohesion and collaboration, and promote a unified, positive, and harmonious workplace atmosphere. Everyone traveled together while well equipped, taking in the breathtaking mountain scenery, strengthening bonds via engaging activities, and spending a happy and rewarding day fostering togetherness.
Journey to the Fields
A single bus conducted this team-building exercise, saying goodbye to the hectic office workstations. Along the way, everyone smiled and talked freely, interacted and chatted lazily, totally letting go of the stress and exhaustion of everyday job, and eagerly headed for the fields and mountains. The rich and vibrant outdoor experience projects officially began after reaching Jing Xian’s Third Natural Base. Every employee was allowed to fully engage in a range of enjoyable sports and leisure activities.
CS Duel & Archery
The in-person CS duel was thrilling and fierce. Everyone participated in group competitions, worked well together, and coordinated both offensive and defense. Through the hands-on experience, students realized the value of tactical teamwork and exhibited the team spirit of taking the initiative and supporting one another. Throughout the archery experience session, everyone experienced the allure of traditional sports while adjusting their postures, focusing their brains, and exercising their attention via repeated aiming, drawing the bow, and firing. There is a lot of enthusiasm at the off-road motorbike event. Everyone sprints across the field, overcomes obstacles, unleashes their young energy, and unlocks speed and desire.
Karaoke & Kayaking Recreation
The team-building environment is made more laid-back and enjoyable by the base’s karaoke and kayaking recreational activities in addition to the exciting outdoor competition events. Colleagues took turns singing on stage, showcasing the team’s energy with their lovely vocals and a dynamic atmosphere. Everyone enjoyed kayaking in groups, boating on the water, unwinding and having fun, calming their bodies and minds in the middle of mountains and lakes, and appreciating the beauty of nature on the crystal-clear water surface. Everyone may unwind and alleviate tension in many ways while fully enjoying the enjoyment of team-building thanks to the varied projects that blend dynamic and static features.
Barbecue Buffet Lunch
Delicious cuisine goes along with you while you’re having fun, creating a nice and welcoming ambiance. Every employee met at the base at midday to partake in an endless buffet of barbecue. The different elements were plenty and fresh. Everyone sat around a table, exchanging fascinating tales and discussing life. Colleagues’ distance from one another was further reduced and communication and exchanges were improved in the friendly and vibrant environment. The cozy and peaceful environment perfectly captured the team’s friendliness.
Evening at Moon Bay
All of the employees rode a bus to the stunning Moon Bay in the evening, where they were able to take in the breathtaking view of the surrounding ocean and mountains. Everyone had a taste of real farm food after an exciting day. This team-building exercise was made more happier by the original ecological treats. Everyone is able to fully relax and experience a multitude of beautiful and poignant moments thanks to coworkers who have supported one another day and nite as well as a calm and nice environment.
One Growth Journey
One growth journey, one team-building day. Through interactive cooperation and side-by-side experiences, this team-building exercise in Jing County not only gave all of the employees a chance to get away from the office and spend time in nature, therefore easing work-related stress, but it also strengthened the team and improved camaraderie. All workers will use the teamwork, collaboration, good growth, and hard work shown in this team-building exercise as motivation for their job in the future, concentrating on their roles and working hard. They will work together, advance together, and dedicate themselves to future projects with more zeal and vigour, together writing a new chapter of superior growth for the business!
