Leading domestic robot companies have attained an autonomy rate of more than 95% for their fundamental components. Estonan, Chai Fu, and Aris are the manufacturers of the three parts: the reducer, the servo system, and the controller. We will solely discuss technology today; we won’t be telling any stories. If you examine more closely, you’ll see why Aris is able to attain an accuracy of a quarter of a hair’s breadth at a price as low as $100,000.
The robot’s “brain” is its controller, which decides whether or not it is intelligent.
Ares has been working independently for 12 years, and they built all of the motion control algorithms. They don’t use open-source software. We don’t have to wait for upstream providers to make changes to the underlying system when clients meet unique operating conditions. Arc swinging, arc tracking, laser positioning, contact positioning, and multi-layer multi-pass welding are all included in the welding process package.
The robot’s “muscle” is its servo system, which controls its strength.
The control system and Ares servo have a close relationship. It can still function steadily under high load and for extended periods of time since it has been specifically designed for welding and palletising situations.
The robot’s “joint” that determines its precision is the reducer.
To get rid of reverse clearance, Ares employs high-end reducers made in the country and combines them with a pre-tightening assembly method it created. After 10 years of assembly expertise, each joint will be changed if the torque consistency variation is greater than five percent. Three quarters smaller than a hair strand, the precision model’s repeat positioning accuracy is < ±0.02mm.
Construction, not correction, is how accuracy is attained.
Ten years of assembly experience at Ares includes pre-tightening assembly of essential gearbox components, sequential joint detection and 48-hour continuous precision monitoring of the complete machine using a laser tracker following assembly. Although it takes longer to assemble a single unit than competitors, customers can use it right away. Each of the three fundamental elements is self-developed. It doesn’t depend on assembly after 10 years of assembly and twelve years of in-depth research. Because of this, Ares is able to provide precision down to 1/4 of a hair at a price in the 100,000 area.
